Description
This delightful Victorian manor house set in the heart of Bromley provides the ultimate romantic setting in which to recite your marriage or civil partnership vows. Our elegant Music Room, where the wedding or civil partnership ceremony will be conducted, is designed in Classical Georgian style and modelled on a similar room in Hampton Court Palace. The Music Room also features a superb Blüthner grand piano, which is available for professional use and is included in the cost of the wedding or civil partnership package. We will be pleased to offer you a choice of musicians or vocalists whose services may be hired at an additional cost.
Adjacent to the Music Room and seen through the large floor-length windows are the manicured gardens of Ripley. Perhaps the most stunning feature of this scene is the magnificent willow tree. Captured many times by visiting film crews, the bowing, leafy green branches provide the perfect backdrop and romantic setting for photographs. The grounds have been further enhanced by the creation of a new Sensory Garden and fountain.
Ripley Arts Centre can accommodate up to 76 guests for your ceremony and only one wedding or civil partnership will take place at any one time. This ensures you enjoy an intimate and private setting.
Included in your special day are the use of the Music Room for the wedding or civil partnership ceremony, the Drawing Room, Dining Room and an additional changing room for the bride or members of the wedding or civil partnership party. Overall a fitting venue for such a unique occasion. |
