The Kings Priory Suite - OPENED SPRING 2011
The newest luxury wedding venue in Christchurch offers a spectacular grand entrance leading into two large private rooms available for total exclusive use for large and lavish celebrations. Offering unique and breath taking views over the historic grounds and gardens, these magnificent banqueting rooms with contemporary design and space, set the scene for the most romantic day of your life.
Stepping down from the suite to the adjacent lawns provide the most romantic setting for photographs near to the old castle ruins and along the water's edge.
The Priory Suite is available for ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception celebrations from 90 to 120 guests, allowing everyone to be included in your special day.
The Kings Hotel offers the all important balance between contemporary, modern living and classic values. We understand that every wedding is unique and that every Bride has her own special desires and requirements. That is why every wedding and the services available are bespoke and tailored to the individual's needs and wants. We will do our very best to make your wishes come true.

Evening receptions can welcome additional guests to the overall total of 120 guests, allowing everyone to be included in your special day
The ground floor has a very spacious feel and outlook onto the bowling green, ideal for a large and lavish gathering of family and friends for a personal ceremony
The second floor offers breathtaking views over the grounds and towards the Priory, the perfect setting for the wedding breakfast and to entertain your guests
