Burnicombe Farm is an unusual wedding venue for lovers of nature and the outdoors. This organic blueberry farm is licenced for weddings and offers an informal wedding venue with amazing views across uninterrupted Devon countryside. The owners provide a thoughtful and attentive hosting service to ensure the event runs smoothly and guarantees that you and your guests enjoy a fantastic day. Fabulous farm house food sourced locally or from the farm, a well stocked licensed bar, plus much more make for a unique wedding day for up to 150 guests.
The licenced wedding site is in the beautiful wooded Teign Valley in South Devon surrounded by spectacular natural beauty, with flora and fauna in abundance and stunning panoramic views to take your breath away and inspire your guests.
The farm is very private and totally secluded and the ceremony takes place in a simple wooden field shelter shaded by a lovely oak tree with views across rolling Devon countryside. Natural backdrops for romantic wedding photos are in abundance. For the reception choose stunning Giant Hi Hat Tipis or exotic Raj Tents. These distinctive and contrasting styles look fantastic in the natural surroundings of the farm and provide that all important wow factor which will thrill your guests.
Guests can camp on the farm, and glamping is also available with fully furnished bell tents. A Bridal Bell or a super bridal yurt is available for for the bride and groom. The area is well served by a huge choice of accommodation options including the near-by ex-YHA hostel which is walk away.
The venue is fully catered by Burnicombe Farm Catering with organic food from the farm and other local producers to minimise food miles and maximise quality and freshness!
A well stocked bar serves award winning local ales and ciders along with West Country wines.
