Description
Located in Nantwich, and probably one of South Cheshire's most historic wedding venues; where could be more romantic to marry in the Crewe & Nantwich area than the Georgian splendour of the Assembly Room at The Crown Hotel?
The 16th Century Cheshire market town of Nantwich provides a glorious location and, recently restored to their original splendour the Assembly Rooms are the pride of The Crown Hotel. In true and original Georgian style the bold yet elegantly proportioned room comfortably accommodates up to 120 seated wedding breakfast guests, which can be extended to 160 for the wedding evening reception. The room has its own private bar facilities.
The recently restored cornice is enhanced by sparkling twin 36 branch chandeliers, all of which are overlooked by a fine Minstrels gallery and with a nod to the 21st century, air conditioning. Visitors to the Assembly rooms are visibly awed by the sheer beauty and elegance that greets them. The Assembly Rooms also lend themselves exceptionally well to contemporary wedding decor and bespoke wedding themes which we are happy to discuss with you.
The Crown Hotel is licensed to perform Civil Marriage Ceremonies in its historical surroundings. We offer a fine choice of wedding breakfast and evening reception menus from an inspired selection for your special day, however, it is important to us that every detail of your Wedding day is personal to you and with this in mind, once you have booked and confirmed your wedding at The Crown, we will invite you and your partner to the Hotel to discuss and create your own personalised day.
