Crowne Plaza Marlow’s wedding professionals will take care of every detail, and can assist with the florist, organise the toast master, present the table stationery, supply the wine and help you to pick a menu which everyone will enjoy, even the children.
To make your day complete find included in our Silver package (available Friday, Saturday and Sunday) a Suite for the happy couple, VIP welcome drinks, discounted overnight accommodation for your guests as well as flowers for each table with head table decorated with colours to suit your personal scheme. The lavish Gold Package offers what is included in the Silver package with the extra luxury such as a toastmaster included, as well as an upgraded menu that will guarantee the success of that once in a lifetime dinner. For the day of your dreams our exclusive Platinum package offers the same as the Gold Package and will sweep you away with a Suite for the wedding couple accompanied with champagne or complimentary limousine transfer to one of the main airports Heathrow or Gatwick together with breakfast the following morning.

Wedding Suites
A choice of Wedding Suites, situated on the ground and 1st floors, are available for your wedding reception. We have 4 areas that are licensed for civil ceremonies within the hotel, with capacities from 40 to 450 guests.
Winterlake Suite seats 275 guests and has panoramic views over the gardens and the lake and offers direct access to the Terrace Bar, the ideal place to hold your reception drink.
For intimate weddings and civil ceremonies, the Conservatory would be your first choice with an abundance of light and views of the garden, lake and its own paved terrace. For smaller private weddings, we have a choice of rooms to suit your reception.
All are fully air-conditioned and beautifully appointed.

Our chefs pride themselves on offering delicious, unique menus to suit all tastes. Whether you require a banquet for 250 or 25, we will strive to ensure that you and your wedding guests enjoy the finest and freshest food.
