Advertising Costs
All prices for advertising are as shown on the web site, on the day the order is placed. An adjustment will be made if through error the prices published are incorrect. Prices are for a 12 month contract unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation Policy
Verbal agreements are considered final unless cancelled. If no such response is received and we do not hear to the contrary in writing, the advertisement will be considered booked and the advertiser and/or his agent will be considered liable for the order and its full payment.
Only written cancellations will be accepted. Wedding Venue Directory Ltd has the right to cancel your inclusion on the website if the required details and payment are not supplied to us by the date specified.
Any adverts cancelled that have been produced by Wedding Venue Directory Ltd will incur a minimum charge of £35 + VAT to cover administration costs.
Payment Terms
All amounts specified are exclusive of VAT. The client will pay the VAT due at the rate and in the manner prescribed by the law. If payment is not made by the due date (or by an alternative date agreed by Wedding Venue Directory) your entry will not appear on the website. Charges will be incurred for late payment.
Wedding Venue Directory Ltd reserves the right to increase advertisement rates at any time or to amend the terms of contract. In such event, the advertiser has the right to cancel their feature.
Privacy
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are only used in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Removal
Wedding Venue Directory Ltd reserves the right to remove any business that we consider inappropriate for the website for any reason and at our own discretion.
Third Parties
Wedding Venue Directory Ltd are not a party to or in any way responsible for transactions between you and third parties.
General
The placing of an order for insertion of an advertisement on the Wedding Venue Directory web site shall amount to an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
